The Circle Line (CL) projects under construction by Yongnam are CL 825 and CL 853A. The circle line MRT works consist of stations constructed under ground and connected by tunnels. These tunnels are, by and large, constructed by tunnel boring machines (not Yongnam's scope of work) and the stations by cut and cover method (undertaken by Yongnam's Specialist Civil Engineering).

CL 825 runs from Marina Square to Dhoby Ghaut with four stations at Dhoby Ghaut, Museum Station, Convention Centre Station and Millennium Station. Extensive Decking works along busy junctions including Bras Basah Road , across Nicoll Highway and Raffles Boulevard have been installed. Traffic flow has been diverted to allow excavation works to be carried out for the completion of the stations and some sections of the tunnel. Main installation work has been completed waiting dismantling of the steel struts.

CL 853A is a station next to Junction 8 in Bishan. About 330m long with excavation going down to 22m deep. Decking works and Civil Defense Doors are also contracts awarded to Yongnam. The CL station at Bartley Road C-851A, awarded to Tobishima is also a Yongnam project. Designs of the strutting member sizes are ongoing; Yongnam has commenced some works at C-855 Holland Village and Bukit Brown station. . These projects, collectively requires about 50,000 tons of our Yongnam proprietary steel material.
