Yongnam employs state-of-the-art technology in engineering & fabrication techniques. Sophisticated CNC manufacturing machines are directly integrated with the design & detailing department's advanced 3D modeling software. The data produced by the design/drafting computers are down loaded to the CNC Manufacturing Machines such as 2 units of Oxy-fuel & 1 unit of plasma plate cutting, 6 units of plate drilling, 1 unit pipe profile cutting and 2 sets production lines for section cutting & drilling, one line with multi-drills head, ensuring that each component is fabricated accurately and is easily identifiable throughout the fabrication process.

Yongnam has invested in specialize machines such as Vertical Milling machine, Horizontal Drilling machine, 600tons Hydraulic Press, Rolling -4rollers machine and 5 units of Column & Boom automated Sub-merge Arc welding machines to cater for complex structure fabrication.

More than 200 skilled employees work in Tuas's 20,250 sq m facility. Together with production facilities in Malaysia, Yongnam Group has a total fabrication capacity of 45,000 to ns of structured steel annually.
