Yongnam's steel fabrication experience spanned more than 30 years. Our 7-hectare production facilities at Tuas are on the cutting edge of the construction industry, from utilizing new steel technologies to exploiting innovative approaches to industry challenges. A network of automated CNC manufacturing systems are directly integrated with our design & detailing department's advanced 3D modeling software. Data produced by the design/drafting computers are down loaded to the CNC Manufacturing Machines, comprising of oxy-fuel & plasma plate cutters, plate drillers and pipe profile cutters. There is also an automated production line for section cutting & drilling, with multi-drill heads, ensuring that all components are fabricated accurately and are easily identifiable throughout the fabrication process. Other specialized machines such as vertical milling machines, horizontal drillers, 600 tons hydraulic press, roller machines and column & boom automated sub-merge arc welding machines combine to make up our strong arsenal of automated fabrication systems.
Yongnam's technical and value engineering solutions for steel fabrication and erection have resulted in increased productivity, improved yield and lower costs. Our in-house pool of experienced and qualified engineers, technicians, welders, riggers, fitters and detailers are constantly adding value to our clients' project requirements.
